REVISED CORRECTIVE ACTION REPORT
MIDLAND AREA SOILS

Attached please find updated sections of the Midland Area Soils Corrective Action Report and a summary
table listing the revisions that have been made pursuant to Condition XI.B.2 of the Operating License
issued September 25, 2015. The updated report sections attached should wholly replace the relevant
sections of the existing report, as described in the summary table.
The Dow C hemical Company previously submitted the Midland Area Soils Corrective Action Report on
December 15, 2014, in accordance with Part XI.B of its 2003 Operating License and the May 25, 2012
Interim Response Activity Plan Designed to Meet Criteria Work Plan (IRDC) approved by MDEQ on
June 1, 2012. The changes are being submitted to reflect the comments and recommendations received
during review of the December 2014 Report with Department of Environmental Quality and City of
Midland staff.
