Solution of algebraic and transcendental equations of one variable: Bisection Mothed, Method of also position, Newton Raphson’s Method. Solution of system of linear equations; Jacobi’s Method, Gauss Seidel Method conditions: Euler’s method, Modified Euler’s Method, Runge-Kutta method. Statistical Methods Data analysis, measures of central tendency, measures of dispersion graphical Representation Correlation and Regression, Central limit theorem. Probability: Basic concepts, simple theorems of Probability, independence of events, Baye’s theorms. Probability distributions (discrete & continuous) (Binomial, Poisson and Normal distributions). Discrete Mathematics Boolean algebra & Logic gates Propositions and logical operators. Logic gates equivalent logical operators. Implementation of half adder Graph Theory: Konigsberg Bridges problem and its solution, Directed and indirected graphs, Incidence and degree, Elementary Properties of graphs, walks, paths and circuits.
