Wide Power Supply Range: 1.8V to 5.5V
High Bandwidth:
double throw (SPDT) CMOS switch. It features low
80MHz@Vcc=4.5V, 85MHz@Vcc=2.7V
on-resistance
High Off-Isolation: -61dB
(80MHz). LR1553 features low on-resistance flatness
Ultra-Low On-Resistance:
over the signal range (0.18Ω TYP). This ensures
0.6Ω@Vcc=4.5V, 1.2Ω@Vcc=2.7V
excellent linearity and low distortion when switching
