Main Products On Show
Infrastructure Zone
Optical Access Systems
We will be demonstrating remote monitoring systems that use CCTV cameras along with Triple Play Service
systems that include home gateways, using GE-PON as a sample application.
WDM and OXC for Next Generation Networks (NGN)
This exhibit will showcase optical cross connect (OXC) devices and the 40 Gbps wavelength-division
multiplexing (WDM) devices that are key to the next generation of optical communications networks. A
range of related devices will also be on show.
Home Gateway Technology for NGN
This will demonstrate the advantages offered by the QoS control provided in Next Generation Networks
(NGN) by comparing it with existing systems.
Standard Satellite Platform
Here, we will introduce our DS2000 Standard Satellite Platform, which is designed to handle the demand for
greater diversity in high-speed, high-capacity communications. This will include an overview of the
milestones in Mitsubishi’s involvement in satellite projects.
Mobile Zone
Wireless Software for Fourth Generation (4G) Mobile Phones
This exhibit introduces our wireless software technologies aimed at providing multiple wireless systems - 4G,
3G, wireless LAN, etc. - in a single handset.
Mobile Phones
This will provide an overview of our latest mobile phone handset models for the Japanese market.
Encryption Technologies
Here, we look at “KASUMI”, which is used as the standard W-CDMA*3 encryption technology, and our
latest breakthroughs in the development of cutting-edge quantum encryption systems.
