 In the “Run” window, type the
appropriate Network
Connections command, then
click the OK button
Note: The commands listed here are simply a
“shortcut” way to go directly to the Network
Connections window. The alternative method to
these shortcuts is to navigate to the Control Panel
and open the Network Connections applet.
These commands come in handy when you need
to open the Network Connections area, but the
computer that you are using is different than what
you are used to.

Hint:
The Status of the network connection changes to “Network cable unplugged” if
you were to unplug the Crossover Cable from either the Controller or your
computer’s network jack (RJ45). This is useful to know if you don’t know which
item in the Network Connection list corresponds to the jack that you plugged the
Crossover Cable into.
