I became interested in this topic because I am
hearing impaired.
I started learning sign language while I was
younger, even after I got my hearing aids.
I can only imagine how frustrating it can be for a
deaf person that can not wear hearing aids.

For my product I created a children's sign
language coloring book.
For each letter of the alphabet, I drew the letter,
the hand sign, and an object that begins with
that letter for my coloring book.
After I created the book, I did a mini lesson with
the children at my church.
