C.T. Sisson
C.T. Sisson was a composer of instrumental piano
works. Titles and publications of the compositions
indicate that Sisson was based in Central Texas. "The
Dallas Polka," published in Austin in 1876, and the
Austin Schottische, composed in 1872 are two of the
more notable songs. Other American 19th-century
sheet music under copyright deposits between 18701885 include "Sisson's Polka" (1871).
