• Auxin is not evenly distributed in the
plant, so it determines the shape of
the plant.
• Auxin causes growth by loosening the
cellulose in cell walls.
• Auxin helps repair wounds by
regenerating lost tissues.
• Auxin stimulates root growth and
development.
• Auxin encourages fruit growth and
development.
MISCELLANEOUS:
