

Delusion – A falsely held belief that cannot be
influenced or corrected by reason or
contradictory evidence. Characterized as
nonbizarre (situations that could occur in
everyday life) or bizarre (fantastic situation
that could never occur in reality)
Hallucination – An organized sensory
experience that is a product of the mind, that
does not exist in the outside world.
