include mucosa and 1/2 thickness of muscular
tongue
Superfical lip laceration, single layer closure,
vermillion border approximated 1st
Through and Through lip lac, close lip muscle
separately, then vermillion and skin, close mucosa if
longer than 2 cm,
Anchor gingival flaps around teeth
