 38 years female
 Right breast lump: 6 months
 On examination: 6x6 cm soft lump in the
superior quadrant, mobile
 No ax LNs palpable
 FNA yielded thick mucoid/ gelatinous
aspirate
Case 2
 70 years female
 Left breast lump – 4 months
 On examination: left breast superior
quadrant lump, 4x5 cm, cystic
 FNA yielded 20 ml of sanguinous fluid
 After attempted evacuation, a residual
lump was felt

 On examination: 6x5 cm, firm to
hard mass in medial quadrant
of right breast, mobility
restricted
 FNA yielded bloody aspirate

lateral quadrant, firm, areola
thickened and fixed to underlying
breast tissue
 Early peau d’orange

 Indurated sinus in

axillary tail

mass around it.
