Introduction • In agriculture, crop protection still remains a major challenge (Research, Extension, farmers etc) • Small-scale farmers have for a long time used several natural methods like pesticidal plants • No proper marketing channels are established for Southern African part • One step towards putting our farmers’ experience to the centre: would be assisting them in marketing of pesticidal plants through promotion of improved harvesting, packaging and handling techniques.
