Dr. Samuel Hahnemann
Born in Meissen, Germany on 10 April 1755 .
Mr. Christian Gottfried Hahnemann is the
proud father and Mrs. Johanna Christiana is
the proud mother of Dr. Samuel
Hahnemann.
He died in the year 1843.
He is the father of experimental
Pharmacology because he was the first
physician to prepare medicines in a
specialized way; proving them on healthy
human beings, to determine how the
medicines acted to cure diseases.


What is WHAO ?

The WHAO (World Homeopathic Organization) is a non-profit,
all volunteer, grassroots organization. The work is done voluntarily
for making global awareness in homeopathy and overall
homeopathic development Maintaining the website has been made
possible by donations of our sponsors.

What is WHAW ?

WHAW ( World Homeopathy Awareness Week ) was created to
promote homeopathic awareness all around the world. During this
week homeopaths and friends of homeopathy will come together to
share with the world the miracles of homeopathy.


Musculoskeletal disorders can be very much
improved by homeopathy. Especially when
the condition is mainly inflammatory
rather than structural or mechanical.
In case of structural or mechanical problems
homeopathy can prolong function and
relieve pain symptoms.

Osteoarthritis: Pain in bone / joints , tenderness,
stiffness, loss of flexiblity, hard lump like growth near the
joints
Fibromyalgia:symptoms include pain all over, muscle
aches, trigger points, fatigue, and brain fog.
Osteoporosis: weakened bones, including:
Back pain, Loss of height and stooped posture, curved
upper back, Fractures that might occur with a minor
injury, especially in the hip, spine and wrist.
Compression fractures in the spine that may cause
severe back pain, Dislocation of joints

 Bursitis: Bbursitis is inflammation of a bursa.
A bursa (the plural form is bursae) is a tiny fluidfilled sac that functions as a gliding surface to
reduce friction between tissues of the body. The

tendons near the large joints, such as the
shoulders, elbows, hips,
 Disc herniation: As a disc degenerates, it
can herniate (the inner core leaks out), which is
known as a disc herniation or a herniated disc

/Acute infectious arthritis
Symptoms: joint pains.
Acute infectious arthritis is a joint infection
that evolves over hours or days. The
infection resides in synovial tissues and is
usually bacterial.
Main Remedies:
Arnica, Bryonia, Kalmia, Rhus-tox.

Fibromyalgia
Pain in muscles and connective tissue
 Common features in patients:
• 90% is female
• Average age 25-45 years
• Occurs in 2% of worldpopulation


Most important complaints are: muscleache, fatigue, disrupted sleep.
Additional complaints: headache,
dysmenorrhoea, depression, stiffness,
anxiety and irritable bowels.

weather, excess of physical exertion, lack of
physical execise and stress.
Common medicine: Causticum, Kalmia,
Cal carb, Cal phos, Bryonia,
Ranunculus bulbosus etc.

Lower back pain
Poor body mechanics, obesity and emotional
stress are the main factors predisposing to
back pain.
When the pain is severe there is the
possibility of developing a hernia. Most
hernia’s heal themselves within a week or 2.
Most important advice is to keep moving.

sensations, numbness, stiffness, sensitive to
touch, aggravations, and the effects of heat
and cold are important to find the right
homeopathic remedy.

Tendinitis lateralis
Symptom: pain on the outside of the elbow
and shoulder (‘tennis elbow’), wrist and
knee (‘housemaid’s knee’). Inflamed
tendons and bursae as a result from overuse
and trauma.
The elbow usually heals itself but this can
take up to 6 months. Keeping the elbow
active is important.
