LEDA
Laboratory for Electronic Design Automation
LEDA is a part of the
research institute
at The Faculty of
Electronic Engineering,
University of Niš
Research results are related to four
main fields:
LEDA has been founded in 1987
as the first research laboratory
at the Faculty of Electronic
Engineering , University of Niš ,
Serbia.




Integrated circuits design
Electronic design automation (including simulation tool
development , layout design automation, and testing)
Artificial neural networks application in electronic modeling
Sustainable design of electronic products
We are proud to claim that LEDA was the first to apply:
INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DESIGN, UNIX, C/C++, TCP/IP, NEURAL NETWORKS, VHDL, CADENCE,
BEOWULF CLUSTER TECHNOLOGY, VIRTUAL INSTRUMENTATION
