By Nathan McCloud This campaign aims to increase the awareness of and use of renewable energy through the JCCC SPACES (Solar Power Appointed Consumer Electronic Stations) program planned for implementation in the spring of 2013. Key areas of focus for our campaign to be successful. • • • • • • • Audience Goals Location Resources Support Message Channels The target Audience of this awareness campaign is more diverse that what might be expected. The student body of JCCC The faculty and staff of JCCC Visitors to the Campus The community that supports JCCC The goals of this campaign aims to increase awareness in the student body about Taylor Hall’s energy saving SPACES kiosks that will be installed around the JCCC campus in the spring of 2013. Awareness Use Marketing opportunity for JCCC to promote the programs that developed this “sustainable” idea. Services: ◦ Document Services ◦ Marketing Communications Department ◦ Publications Department Our message – To save electricity and support the needs of its students and staff to recharge their personal electronics used in their education, JCCC has started the SPACES program. To spread our message of sustainability we will use many different kinds of channels of communication.
