An Officer arrested a non-student for possession of marijuana, possession of drug
paraphernalia, and no driver license following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of
19th Street. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County Jail. The
vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Services. See offense report
#15-1172.
