A camera was signed out and has not been returned. See offense report # 122009. A Texas Tech Officer investigated a theft, which occurred at Art Building. An unsecured watch was taken. See offense report # 12-2008. A Texas Tech Officer investigated a traffic accident, without injuries, which occurred in the 2500 block of Broadway Avenue. See state accident report # 12-2010. A Texas Tech Officer investigated theft, which occurred at the east side bike racks of Electrical Engineering. A secured bicycle was taken. See offense report # 12-2011. A Texas Tech Officer investigated a theft, which occurred at the United Spirit Arena. Several clothing items were taken. See offense report # 12-2013. A Texas Tech Officer investigated a burglary of a habitation, which occurred at Chitwood Residence Hall. Medication was taken from a secured residence. There were no signs of forced entry. Patterson on November 29, 2012 at 1400 hours. 1950 TTPD 2028 TTPD SHIFT 2 A Texas Tech Officer arrested two students for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, which occurred in the Z4P parking lot. Both students were transported to the Lubbock County Jail. See offense report # 12-2014. A Texas Tech Officer investigated burglary of a habitation, which occurred on the 2nd floor of Murdough Residence Hall. A unsecured laptop computer was taken. See offense report # 12-2015. Miller on November 29, 2012 at 2200 hours. 2245 TTPD 2258 TTPD 0121 TTPD SHIFT 3 A Texas Tech Officer issued a criminal trespass warning from all Texas Tech property to a non-student, which occurred in Murdough Residence Hall. The non-student was interviewed by a representative of Lubbock Mental Health and Mental Retardation and was released. See incident report # 12-2016. A Texas Tech Officer investigated theft, which occurred in Coleman Residence Hall. A Clothing was taken but later recovered by an officer. See offense report # 12-2017. A Texas Tech Officer arrested a temporary staff member for two outstanding arrest warrants, one from the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Department and the other from the Hale County Sheriff’s Department. The temporary staff member had been observed looking into car windows in the R27 parking lot. He was transported to the Lubbock County Jail.
