Public purchases represent a substantial proportion of the economy of a country.

jointly structured projects,
involving the local governments
of the 29 municipalities located
in Paraná Basin 3, universities,
entities, companies,
cooperatives, NGOs and
pertinent public bodies, within a
process of integration of
technical and scientific
knowledge, folk wisdom and
integrated action.
Cultivating Good Water can be the first Brazilian example
in the area of ​the environment
to become an Ibero-American program.
