Strategy
• Apply the population estimates from the
UN to data from NTA.
• Observe changes in Transfer Dependency

Ratio.
• 1 = Base year (balanced); <1 = Favorable
demographic change; >1 = Unfavorable.

1. Demographic pressures on government
