Cell Comparison Project Starring Castle Rock Middle School as Cell Membrane • This is Jenny. She is not able to get into the doors because she is not recognized in the cell but Brandi is recognized so she gets in. • The cell membrane lets certain things in and certain things out. Nuclear Membrane • This is a picture of the walls that separate the cytoplasm from the nucleus. Vacuoles • This is a picture of the freezer. • The vacuoles are the storage tanks for the extra food. Nucleus Mr. Morrison’s office. The Nucleus is the brain of the cell. Smooth ER • The smooth ER is the smooth and faster transportation system. • This picture is the tile floor and our feet. Rough ER • This is the carpet and our feet. • The rough ER is the slower and rougher transportation system.
