7system of the body

The respiratory system
• The respiratory and the circulatory systems work
together to bring oxygen and nutrients to our
cells. Air enters the body through our nose or
mouth and goes to the trachea .Next it goes into
bronchial tubes in the lungs .The diaphragm is
the muscle that makes the air go in and out. The
system has 6 parts: lungs, diaphragm, trachea,
air sacs, bronchial tubes and blood vessels. The
respiratory system is the way our body gets
oxygen.
Immune system
• The body has many ways to protect itself.
Your skin, breathing passages, mouth and
the stomach are some your body ‘s
defenses against microorganisms. We can
eat fruit and vegetables to stay healthy.
Also we wash our hands and exercise to
stay healthy. If your are sick cover your
mouth when you cough or sneeze. You
get a vaccines so you don’t get sick. The
Immune system keeps us healthy.
Circulatory system
• The circulatory system has a special job of
moving blood through your body. Your
heart. Blood vessels and blood make up
your circulatory system. The blood carries
nutrients to the body’s cells and remove
waste products from cells. Your rest
The muscular system
• The muscular system helps your do
things. Your bones can not move without
muscles you can’t breathe or swallow we
have 600 muscles in our body’s you can
not live with out muscles.
The digestive system
• The digestive system is the way food goes
to all parts of the body. Food goes in your
mouth and then goes to the esophagus,
stomach and small intestines and finally
the large intestines. Digestion begins in
your mouth. The food becomes nutrients
that goes to the cells. Most digestion takes
place in the small intestine. It is 7 meters
long. The digestion system is the way the
body gets nutrients to the cells stomach.
The skeletal system
• The skeletal system helps your body
move. Without your bones you will fall
down. The bones protect your organs. The
bones and the muscular systems work
together. It produces red blood cells. The
skeletal system does a lot for the body.
Back bones, leg bones and the ribs are all
part of the skeletal system.
