Red colour
• Red fruit and vegetables include red

lowers blood pressure.
Orange colour
• Some examples of these orange fruits and
vegetables are pumpkin, mango, carrots,
tangerines, and oranges.
• Orange products improve brain function
and low heart disease risk.
Yellow colour
• Some yellow fruits and vegetables are
corn, pineapple, lemons, yellow apples,
and pears.
• They can also increase your energy levels
and your immune system.
Green colour
• There are kiwi, limes, Brussels sprouts,
avocado, green beans, green apples,
zucchini, and broccoli that fall under the
green produce category.
• Green products low cancer risk, blood
pressure, cholesterol and improve your
vision.
Blue and purple
• Blue and purple colour include raisins,
plums, blueberries, blackberries, grapes.
• Improve digestion, and low cholesterol
levels and risk of cancer.
