MG-SOFT MIB BROWSER
PROFESSIONAL EDITION
WITH MIB COMPILER
MG-SOFT CORPORATION
MG-SOFT MIB Browser Professional Edition
with MIB Compiler is the world's best and
most renown SNMP browsing application.
Supports all atomic SNMP operations (SNMP
Get, GetNext, GetBulk, Set, Trap, Inform) as
well as complex SNMP operations like SNMP
walk, table view, multiple varbinds operations,
OID grapher, agent simulator, SNMP trace, . . .
Supports SNMPv1, SNMPv2c and SNMPv3
protocols over UDP and TCP over IPv4 and
IPv6 transports.
MG-SOFT MIB Browser installs a wealthy
collection of standard MIB modules. Included
MIB Compiler lets you compile and utilize any
vendor-specific MIB module. MIB Browser
lets you navigate MIB tree, view MIB node
properties, it resolves retrieved OID values
through loaded MIB definitions, . . .
PERFORMANCE & FLEXIBILITY OF THE MOST WIDELY USED MIB BROWSER

MG-SOFT MIB Browser Professional Edition with MIB Compiler is an extremely flexible,
technically superb, powerful and user-friendly SNMP browser.
Due to its intuitive user interface, beginners can easily perform all basic SNMP operations
to retrieve and modify values in SNMP agents. On the other hand, with its wide range of
advanced features, MG-SOFT MIB Browser proves to be flexible, and above all, a
complete application, suitable for the most advanced SNMP gurus.
MG-SOFT MIB Browser can perform SNMP Get, SNMP GetNext, SNMP GetBulk and
SNMP Set operations. Besides, the software lets you capture the SNMP Trap and SNMP
Inform packets that were sent from arbitrary SNMP devices or applications on the network.
With almost twenty years of continuous product development and maintenance and its usage
in major IT and telecommunications companies you can be confident that MG-SOFT MIB
Browser will effectively serve all your network management needs as well.
These and its many other features make MG-SOFT MIB Browser the most widely used
SNMP browser running on MS Windows, Linux, Mac OS X or Solaris operating systems.
MG-SOFT MIB BROWSER – BASIC FACTS

MIB Browser can monitor and manage any SNMP device on the network, like servers, modems,
printers, routers, switches, etc by using the standard SNMPv1, SNMPv2c and SNMPv3 protocols
over UDP or TCP in IPv4 or IPv6 networks. Along the standard SNMPv3 USM security model,
MIB Browser now implements also the new Transport Security Model (TSM) and supports SNMPv3
over TLS and DTLS using X.509 PKI (as specified in RFC 6353). Furthermore, it supports also the
Diffie-Hellman key exchange model for managing DOCSIS-based SNMPv3 agents like cable
modems, CMTS, set-top boxes etc.
MIB Browser can monitor several SNMP devices simultaneously and includes features like SNMP
Table viewer and editor, real-time graphs, remote SNMP agent discovery, comparing of SNMP
agent snapshots, SNMP agent simulator, etc.
Generic SNMP Trace window displays SNMP messages exchanged between MIB Browser and
SNMP agents. SNMP messages are displayed in raw hexadecimal dump format as well as in the
decoded, human-readable format which makes MG-SOFT MIB Browser a great debugging tool
for SNMP agent developers and testers.
MIB Browser runs natively on MS Windows, Linux, Mac OS X and Solaris operating systems
and has a Graphical User Interface that is well suited for use on modern UHD/4K displays
(on Windows and Mac).

Supports performing all SNMP protocol operations: GET, GET NEXT, GET BULK and SET.
Supports receiving SNMP TRAP and SNMP INFORM messages on any UDP IPv4 and IPv6 port.
Supports all SNMPv3 USM security modes: HMAC-MD5 or HMAC-SHA authentication; CBC-DES
and CFB-AES-128 privacy, as well as DOCSIS Diffie-Hellman key ignition algorithm.
Supports Transport Security Model (TSM) for SNMP and SNMPv3 over TLS and DTLS (RFC 6353).
Supports multiple variable bindings in all SNMP protocol PDUs.
Multiple Operations feature. The Multiple Operations window mimics scripting in a sense that you
can add any number of SNMP operations to it (GET, GET NEXT, SET, TRAP, etc.), each containing
one or more variable bindings, and then start executing these operations against a specified SNMP
agent with a single click of a button.
Integrated command line interface (CLI) lets you retrieve desired information using CLI commands.
Remote SNMP Agent Discovery feature. MIB Browser quickly discovers SNMP-manageable devices
in a given IP address range. It lets you immediately start monitoring discovered devices in Info windows
or easily create profiles containing SNMP access parameters for managing devices later.
Info windows are used for polling arbitrary groups of OIDs on remote SNMP agents and logging
retrieved values to CSV files.
Performance graphs. Any number of Performance Graph windows can be open concurrently,
each plotting one or more SNMP variables retrieved from one or more SNMP agents in real-time.
SNMP Table Viewer, Table Editor and Add Row functionality. In the Table View window, you
can view and monitor all object instances of an SNMP table in a tabular form, edit writable object
instance values and, if the table supports it, easily add new rows to the table.
Take and compare SNMP agent snapshots. MIB Browser lets you take snapshots of SNMP agents
and compare them side-by-side. An agent snapshot is a MIB tree-like presentation of MIB object
instances together with their syntax and values, as retrieved from the SNMP agent at a given time.
Managing SNMPv3 USM user configuration on remote SNMP agents like 'cloning' SNMPv3 users,
changing passwords and secret keys, deleting SNMPv3 users, etc.
MIB Browser Professional Simulator Edition lets you take a snapshot of an SNMP agent on the
network and then effectively simulate this agent on the computer where MIB Browser runs.
ICMP Ping and Traceroute commands for non-SNMP management operations.
