revenue and minimizing operational and capital costs.
M7i Multiservice Edge Router
The M7i is a compact router that is often used as a campus border router or as head office
customer premises equipment (CPE). The M7i offers either 2 fixed Fast Ethernet ports, 2 fixed
GbE ports, or 1 fixed GbE port via a Fixed Interface Card (FIC) and 4 ejector-enabled PICs.
M10i Multiservice Edge Router
The M10i is a compact router with fully redundant common hardware components,
including redundant Routing Engines (REs), Compact Forwarding Engine Boards (CFEBs),
fan trays, and power supplies. Often used in small and midsize points of presence (POPs),
the M10i supports 8 ejector-enabled PICs via 2 built-in Flexible PIC concentrators, with
interface speeds up to OC-48/STM-16 and GbE.
M120 Multiservice Edge Router
The M120 supports high-density ATM, Frame Relay, Ethernet, time-division multiplexing
(TDM), and SONET/SDH interfaces with 10GbE or OC-192 uplink capabilities that facilitate
multiservice aggregation in service provider and enterprise networks. The M120 is designed
for maximum redundancy and facilitates the transport of legacy Frame Relay and ATM
traffic over high-bandwidth Ethernet links. PICs are compatible with M320 routers, as well
as Juniper Networks T320 and T640 Core Routers.
M320 Multiservice Edge Router
The M320 supports up to 16 OC-192c/STM-64 ports per chassis or up to 64 OC-48c/STM16 ports per chassis, with 320 Gbps of system throughput. The M320 router supports the
10GbE and OC-192 connections required in smaller core and edge applications as well as
high redundancy. PICs are compatible with M120, T320, and T640 routers.
