EpiTRAITS Project. Department of Biometry and Bioinformatics,
Institute of Plant Genetics, Polish Academy of Sciences (IPG PAS),
Poznań, Poland
Research focuses on:
 Computational and statistical methods for analysis of genomic
data of Arabidopsis thaliana.
 Statistical and bioinformatic concepts relevant to next-generation
sequence (NGS) data in a plant context
 Develop methods and analyze the EpiTRAITS next generation
sequencing (NGS) data sets (ChIP-seq, RNA-Seq, and 4C-seq).
 Evaluation of existing bioinformatic tools- Training in
bioinformatics and statistics.
 Develop system that is able to efficiently store and transfer large
data sets.

Perform several different statistical and bioinformatic tasks: data
quality checks, mapping sequences, assembling sequences,
testing hypotheses, FDR , computations, clustering, data
