One of the principal achievements during this project was the integration of the services of CRPQ (Centre de renseignements policiers du Québec) inside motor vehicles. The technology used a specially conceived computer for this environment linked to “Data Radio” radio transmission equipment. The central system was equipped with the same type of transmission equipment and functioned under the operating system UNIX equipped with SNA/3270 connections. 1987–1990 Les Ordinateurs Hypocrat Montreal Head of R&D Services Consultant for Systems Integration Technical Consultant for R&D As head of R&D Services, Michel set the technological direction of the company. He was responsible for an R&D team of four people. One of the most complex interventions was the deployment of an Ethernet network at the Rivière-des-Prairies Hospital.
