Our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) answer questions regarding benefits,
participating pharmacies, drugs on the preferred medication list, and fill such member
needs as providing mail order forms. CSRs are able to access the prescription claims
processor’s on-line claims system in order to respond to inquiries.
