Modify Audit Log to Record additional events for MU

List of MU events that need to be added to the "Audit Log"
1. Any addition, update or deletion to the "Master Problem List"
2. Clinical Quality Measures record the addition or update of any information.
3. There are multiple ways to create a CCR to fulfill several MU measures so let's record to the Audit Log
anytime the CCR is created.
4. Record when a "Patient List" is created.
5. Record the addition, update or deletion of a Lab Order.
6. Record the addition, update or deletion of Lab Results.
7. Record when the Clinical Decision Support Rule is invoked.
8. Record when a "Reminder" or any document has been created.
9. There are 3 locations where the user can get to "Patient Education", Master Med List, Problem List,
Lab Orders, please record each time the user answers yes to the fact that they printed the educational
materials.
10. Record the addition, update or deletion of all MU data elements in Patient Demographics.

e-Prescribe Issues

 Link rx_need_signing to correct DrFirst page - it currently says no messages (in this case)
so that the prescriber can find those prescriptions without running rx report and going to each patient
individually. Added notifications: rx_need_signing and rx_need_dual_sign to go to the "reports" screen.
Accumed Appointment Update Problem when Only Updating Appointment Status

 When set to update Accumed appointment statuses, if the User Preference settings are set to
only update appointment status then the update fails because the "encounter" id for the appointment isn't
being pulled at the start to drive the update call at the close. Change to get the encounter ID regardless
of UP settings value.

lab results.
Add appt_status field to Retrive Appointment Details screen to assist therapist in
selection of correct appt for note

 When writing a note: If a client has two appointments in AccuMed for the day (one cancelled, one
arrived), Retrieve Appointment Details brings back two appointments for the therapist to choose
between. The issue is, they look exactly the same to the therapist, so they have no clue which
one to pick. Retrieve Appointment Details now shows date/time and STATUS of the
appointments.
Data in Risks/Strengths not coming over correctly from green arrow

 In the Risks/Strengths section, if you pull forward with the green arrow, then click
immediately down in the details box and type, that information will not be saved. Reset Details frame
when pull forward arrow is clicked; User is now required to select item from the grid.
Dr. First reminders Renewal/Refill labeling Issue

 Changed "Refill" to "Renewals/Messages" in various places to reduce confusion leading to
duplicate prescribing by providers.
Drug Information Lookup is Hardcoded to Look at third column data

 This is a problem in the Master Medication List because if the columns are rearranged the wrong
data element is then searched on.
Group Notes - Differentiator for patients with the same First, Middle and
Last Name

Reminders: ‘*’ Functionality

 On Reminders screen, the * (asterisk) under Supervisor Signature Required used to designate
that the supervisor still needed to sign the note designated. The asterisk was not showing as
expected.
Incidental/Missed Appointment Notes signature block printing

 When printing Incidental notes from the viewing screen, the signature block said signature
pending even if note was signed.
Stay on Selected Client Returning From e-Prescribe

 When a user selects client from the list, selects E-Prescribe, and then returns to the client list, the
first client in the list is highlighted. Users would like to be returned to the original selected patient
rather than returning to the beginning of the Client List.
Rework Message Alerts to Show Icon as is Done with Lab Results

notification has been sent.
