Mr. McNeill is Managing Member for the firm. He joined the firm in 1971.
He served as a Trustee of the Hudson County Bar Association and has
acted as Chairman of the Annual Fund of the Seton Hall Law School and
the Seton Hall Reunion Campaign.
Over the years, his legal activities have included real estate, finance,
transactional, commercial, corporate, labor and employment law, and
estate planning.

He has been involved in a number of major projects involving financing,
real estate development, and corporate structuring, including such
significant projects as Lincoln Harbor in Weehawken, Overpeck
Corporate Park in Ridgefield Park, The Harborside Financial Center in
Jersey City, the Tropicana Northeast Regional Distribution Center in
Jersey City, and Griffin Resorts in Atlantic City. Some of his activities
have also included New Jersey Economic Development Authority bond
issues and other public bond financings.
