In 2004 we started the development of INTERMARCHE Chain in Romania – the
INTEREX Supermarket Chain.
The supermarkets are located in the main cities of Romania: Ploiesti, Giurgiu,
Targoviste, Sibiu, Ramnicu Valcea, Barlad, Targu Jiu, Satu Mare, Miercurea Ciuc, Focsani
Constanta.

Electricom SA
Electricom was a state ownership Company establish in 1965 by Bomax with a
strong commercial presence on the Romanian market for the whole scale of electrical
materials, raw materials, aerial work platforms, spare parts and equipment for the
National Energy System.
In 1998, was privatized and became private Company .
Its presence on the Romanian energy field has more than 45 years .
Today Electricom is a very important player on the Romanian Electricity Market
as energy producer and energy trader .

Renewable energy is energy which comes from natural resources such as
sunlight, wind, rain, tides, and geothermal heat, which are renewable (naturally
replenished).
About 16% of global final energy consumption comes from renewables.
At the beginning of 2010, we realized the potential of renewable energy and we
decided to invest in this field .
We have managed to develop 4 wind projects of 86 MW installed capacity .
Since 2013 we are involved in more than 200 MW photovoltaic projects .

Altius Fotovoltaic
Altius Fotovoltaic, Romanian photovoltaic modules producer, is located in
Giurgiu Free Tax Zone, with 120 MWp yearly production .
The yearly production capacity will increase with 50MWp by midle of 2015 .
Altius is producing a wide range of efficient and reliable policrystalline and
monocrystalline PV modules from 80 W to 310 W.

A medical center, with a large space, who is equipped with all necessary
appliances perform modern electrotherapy procedures, Paraffin, Ozone. Besides these
therapies clinic will offer recognition and Active Salina room.
