Product information MD 535 plaster remover Characteristics MD 535 from Dürr System-Hygiene is a neutral special cleaner with strong cleaning power for the removal of plaster and alginates from impression trays, spatulas, plaster knives, mixing beakers (also from vacuum mixing devices), prosthetic materials of all types, orthodontic appliances, etc. Chemical composition MD 535 is based on a combination of complexing agents (15 – 30 %), alkaline cleaning agents (< 5 %) and adjuvants. Directions for use MD 535 is used undiluted. Place the parts to be cleaned in MD 535 and allow the solution to take effect. The cleaning process is MD 535 features in brief ▪ Ready-to-use solution for the removal of plaster and alginates from impression trays, spatulas, plaster knives, mixing beakers (also from vacuum mixing devices), prosthetic materials of all types, orthodontic appliances, etc. ▪ Excellent cleaning power - eliminates even the most stubborn soiling. ▪ Suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaners (e.g. Dürr Dental Hygosonic). ▪ With activity indicator. accelerated by the use of an ultrasonic unit (e.g. Dürr Hygosonic) and by heating up to a maximum of 50°C. Environmental behaviour The substances contained in MD 535 are biodegradable. The packing is made of polyethylene and can therefore be exploited both materially and thermally. For recycling, rinse bottle with water. Physical properties Appearance: clear, colourless solution Density: D = 1.16 ± 0.01 g/cm³ (20°C) pH value: 8.0 ± 0.5 Shelf life 4 years Packaging size 2.5-litre bottle Storage Store product at 5°C to room temperature max. Caution MD 535 is not suitable for impression moulds made of aluminium.
