Welcome to our first issue of Wedgewood Endodontics Root Tips! This newsletter was
created to help you become familiar with our practice, Dr. Ettrich and staff members.
We opened on March 26th and are happy to be treating patients!
Dr. Ettrich graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1995.
Following graduation, he entered the US Air Force and completed a one-year AEGD
program. After practicing for more than seven years as a general dentist, he attended
the University of Washington earning his endodontic certificate and master’s degree in
2004. Over the past two years, he has served as the Chief of Endodontics at Eglin Air
Force Base, Florida. In addition to treating patients, he taught Endodontics to
fourteen general dentistry residents and lectured on numerous occasions to other Air
Force bases and local dental societies. He is married to Milissa and has 2 children,
Zach-7 and Ellie-4.
We combine today’s modern technology with established principles to help make Root

create a pleasant experience for patients and referring dentists are as follows:

* Flat screen monitors
* Plush, leather chairs and headrests
* Microscope
* Electronic Medical Records

Sandy and Stacy are Dr. Ettrich’s two
staff members. Sandy is a certified Ohio

Ohio Institute of Health Careers in
2006. She grew up in St. Mary’s, Ohio
and has lived in the Columbus area for 5
years. Outside of work Sandy enjoys
spending time with her husband, Craig
and schnoodle, Harvey. She is also an
avid movie watcher!
Stacy is Dr. Ettrich’s office manager and
is responsible for day to day business
operations of the practice.
She
graduated in 1996 from Georgia Tech.
Moving from Atlanta, Georgia just last
summer, Stacy has almost 10 years of
experience in the dental field as an office
manager and territory manager for
Endodontic and Orthodontic product
manufacturers. She stays busy with her
3 year old son, Jack and husband, Matt.
Stacy enjoys interior design and cooking
in her spare time.
Insurance & Financial Policy
Our office utilizes electronic claim filing, and we are happy to file a claim with any insurance
company. Currently, we are signed up with Delta Dental Premier. Most other insurance
companies cover out-of-network Endodontics at 80%. We can verify patient benefits before
the patient is seen or at the time of the patient’s appointment. Typically, we require payment
of the patient’s portion of the treatment fee at the time of service. For patients with no
insurance coverage we can offer a payment plan.
For your patient’s convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard,
American Express, Discover, Personal Checks and Cash.
