-Exposure of sphenoid, sella turcica, septal flap
-Medial Maxillectomy, eDCR
-Orbital & Optic Nerve Decompression
-Pterygopalatine & Infratemporal Fossa
-Sphenopalatine Fossa
Day 2
-Transellar/transtubecular (pituitary, cavernous sinus)
-Transplanum, transcribiform
-Transclivus
-Craniovertebral Junction

-‘C’ incision, exposure of ICA, Vagus N, IJV
-Extended Mastoidectomy/Atticotomy
-Stapes/Ossicoloplasty, Transcanal Cochleostomy
-Posterior Tympanotomy, Cochlear Implant,
Bone Conduction Implant
-Canal Wall Down, Facial Nerve Decompression
(from 1st Genu– 2nd Genu –Stylomastoid Foramen)
-Facial Nerve Translocation
Day 2
-Retrolabrythine approach petrous apex, IAM
-Partial Labrynthectomy, P-SCC & S-SCC
-Translabrythine,
-Transcochlear, Internal Carotid Artery
-Mastoid tip drilling, tympanic plate, hypotympanum
