Gilsama and Sennheiser in the play “Chiquita pero picosa”
On May 16, 2008 Gilsama
installed the Sennheiser’s evolution
series to be used in the play "Chiquita
pero Picosa"
This
play
is
currently
being
presented at the Mexico Theater
located
inside
the
theatrical
compound Manolo Fábregas. As in this compound is also presenting the
play “Sor-Presas”, but in the Renaissance Theatre, we had to make a
careful analysis of frequencies to choose the most appropriate and
eliminate any interference problem.
The equipment sold for this play was:
- 4 ew122G2 with MKE2 GOLD microphones.
Because the production did not have enough budget, they decided
not to buy the antenna distribution system. At the time of the installation
we had to perform several tests with the system to determine which
would be its best location and after several tests we can confirm once
again that Sennheiser’s quality in wireless transmission is wonderful. Using
only telescopic antennas, the RF signal level was always at the top.
Lic. Fernando Howland Ornelas was in charge of the installation and he
mentioned the following: “I am very glad that more and more
productions are choosing Sennheiser for their unmatched quality,
"Chiquita pero Picosa" changed its previous system of microphones to
our ew100 evolution series. Now on with this series the brand of
microphones used on Broadway is now available to everyone."
