Physician’s Center for Beauty was established in 2005 by a group of prominent Louisville
physicians and entrepreneurs. We have quickly become the local leader in aesthetic spa
services, non-invasive cosmetic procedures, and cosmetic plastic surgery. Located in The
Shelbyville Road Plaza in the heart of St. Matthews, we are conveniently located for scheduled
appointments or walk-in services.

and flawless skin. Physician’s Center for Beauty’s experts in skin care, plastic surgery, laser

Physician’s Center for Beauty provides the latest skin care treatments in a convenient and
intimate setting under the direction of a board certified plastic surgeon with an expertise in
aesthetics and lasers. Our approach is unique in that we perform a comprehensive evaluation
of each individual’s complexion and skin care needs and then provide a personalized
recommendation and treatment plan.
As medical director of Physicians Center for Beauty, Dr. Sean Maguire performs a full
range of cosmetic surgery. With extensive plastic surgery training and a broad range of
clinical experience, he brings exceptional artistry to his cosmetic surgery patients. With a
keen attention to detail, Dr. Maguire prides himself on natural-looking results. Procedures
performed include face and neck lift, brow lift, eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty (nose reshaping),
breast lift, reduction and augmentation, liposuction and tummy tuck. All surgery is performed
at an accredited outpatient surgery center with board-certified anesthesiologists.
The ever-evolving field of injectable cosmetic treatments offers less invasive options for patients
seeking an improved appearance without surgery. Dr. Maguire provides Botox® and Dysport®
treatments, as well as dermal filler injections including Artefill®, Voluma®, Juvederm®, Perlane®,

Sean Maguire M.D. is a plastic surgeon specializing in cosmetic
surgery of the face, body and breast. After graduating Magna
Cum Laude from the University of Louisville School of Medicine
he became Board-Certified in head and neck Surgery. He then
completed a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at
the University of Cincinnati and a fellowship in Aesthetic Plastic
Surgery and Laser Surgery in Hawaii.
With his unique training and experience, the hands of a trained
sculptor and a keen eye for aesthetics, Dr. Sean Maguire brings
unparalleled artistry to his patients to enhance and sculpt the breast,

CHECK-IN
First time patients, please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment in
order to fill out the necessary paperwork or complete paperwork prior to arrival by printing
them from our website at www.physicianscenterforbeauty.com.
APPOINTMENT POLICY
As an established client, if you should not show up to your scheduled appointment or call to
cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $50.00 “No Show” fee will be charged at
your next visit prior to further treatments.
We know your time is valuable and if you should need to cancel an appointment, we appreciate
the same respect so that we can offer that available time to other clients. Thank you!

Gratuities may be made with cash or personal check to the aesthetician and/or
massage therapist.
GIFT CARDS
