Bus Company and/or Ticket Agent Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Reservations
Communicating Accurate Ticket Pricing, Selling of Bus Tickets & Customer Reimbursement
Canceling Service Due to Weather & Road Conditions
Communicating Service Changes to Passengers
Passenger Safety for Duration of Travel
Ensuring All Passengers Exit the Bus at Arrival Time
Amending Service Failures of the Bus Company
Foxwoods Bus Marketing Responsibilities to the Guest: Foxwoods Bus Marketing is solely a provider
of Bus Company travel information to and from Foxwoods to the Guest, and in no way is Foxwoods
responsible for changes in travel, passenger reservations, reimbursement for travel or service failures of
Bus Companies.

Bus Marketing is NOT liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced personal belongings on buses
Bus Marketing is NOT liable for expired, lost and/or stolen Bonus Bus Coupon Packages and/or Bus Tickets
Bus Marketing CANNOT extend or reissue expired, lost or stolen coupons
Must be 21+ ro receive the complimentary bonus package

Bonus Bus Package Eligibility Requirements and Foxwoods reserves the right to amend and/or cancel
the Bonus Bus Package Eligibility Requirements and to withhold complimentary packaging at its sole
discretion.
