bpm. Predominant underlying rhythm was Sinus Rhythm. 1 run of
Ventricular Tachycardia occurred lasting 5 beats with a max rate of 129
bpm (avg 123 bpm). Atrial Fibrillation occurred (5% burden), ranging from
67-160 bpm (avg of 96 bpm). 5 Pause(s) occurred, the longest lasting 7
secs (9 bpm). SVEs (eg PACs) were present. VEs (eg PVCs) were present.
MD notification criteria for Pauses met - notified Dr. Test on 01/30/2012 at
11:00 am CST (Tech/RN).
