HOW TO IDENTIFY HEIL CYLINDERS
• Rod bearings that also serve as the top and bottom packing adapters
• Spiral type snap rings
• Stage O.D. on even inch except 3-1/8” osleeve
• Gland collars have two “Ears” cast 180 apart.
• There is usually a metal tag attached to the cylinder body with the part
number and hoist model number stamped into it: example: A1D3140
