Shielding Consultants
From time to time, we receive inquiries from operators or owners of diagnostic x-ray facilities (medical,
dental, veterinary, chiropractic procedures) regarding shielding requirements because their facilities do
not fit the criteria on which our shielding guidelines are based. In cases where our guidelines cannot be
applied directly, the facility operator or owner may wish to contract the services of anyone of the
following consultants:
