 Introduce Ohm’s Law using examples and make a
connection to the motion of charges.
 Describe band structure, valence electrons, and how the
charges flow or rearrange themselves between
conductors and insulators.
 Distinguish between circuits connected in parallel or in
series.
 Discuss advantages for using parallel circuits.
 Construct and interpret circuit diagrams.
 Discuss applications of electricity in daily living
