Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to participate in the event which takes place at the Bondurant Racing School located at 20000 S. Maricopa Rd, Gate 3 in Chandler. Not only is it safe to run and walk on this race track, attendees can preview some of the fastest race cars and meet drivers right here in the Valley. Proceeds from Out Race Cancer will benefit the Arizona Myeloma Network's free cancer patients’ and cancer caregivers’ education and advocacy programs. "Racing for a reason at the Out Race Cancer Fundraiser for Arizona Myeloma Network is an exciting opportunity for me as their board member. Winning races is something I have learned from Bob Bondurant, and now, I can honor everyone I know that has been touched by cancer," said Audrey Zavodsky, AzMN board member, Bondurant racecar driver, and Honorary Chair of AzMN’s Out Race Cancer event. The event kicks off at 6am and concludes with an awards ceremony once all participants have crossed the finish line. Registration is $30 for the 5K and $25 for the 1M until May 7, and $35 for the 5K and $30 for the 1M until June 3. Prices increase $5 on race day. Children 5 and under are free and children 6‐14 are $5 off. All participants will receive a custom medal, custom dri‐fit T‐shirt, a runner’s brunch with bagels, fruit and beverages, and real time results if using this race as a qualifier.
