Application:
1. Maltitol hardly decomposed in human body, so it can be used as foodstuff for patients suffering
from diabetes and adipose.
2. As maltitol is good in mouth feeling, moisture protection and non-crystalline, it can be used in
production of various candies, including fermentative cotton candy, hard candy, transparent jelly
drops, etc.
3. Has benefits of throat soothing, tooth cleaning and prevention of tooth decay in chewing gum,
candy pills, and chocolate.
4. With a certain viscosity and hard for fermentation, it can be used as substitution for granulated
sugar in suspension fruit juice beverage and lactic acid beverage to improve mouth feeling

1. Sweetness and Taste
It has 85-95% of the sweetness of sugar. It taste clean and like sugar. It can partially or completely

When Maltitol heat together with Vitamin C, it can reduce or prohibit the oxidation and
decomposition processes of Vitamin C, which means Maltitol can protection Vitamin C in all sorts
of Vitamin C fortified foods.

Maltitol Crystalline powder is free flowing and highly compressible. It is ideal for compressed
tablets. The higher the compressed pressure, the harder the tablet will be.
