Celadrin is an all-natural anti-inflammatory treatment available that
alleviates pain in joints and promotes joint elasticity. A lifetime of wear
and tear and strenuous activity can reduce the flexibility of your joints and
damage the fluid that cushions the joints from pain, eventually leading to
arthritis. Celadrin provides pain relief and rejuvenation of these joints and
it works by lubricating the cell membranes and increases the cushioning
ability of joints and bones – in effect, making them younger and more
elastic.
Celadrin fatty acid esters combined with 1.25% USP grade natural menthol
provides pain relief for sore muscles and joints and the surrounding areas. In a double-blind
placebo-controlled trial published in the Journal of Rheumatology involving 40 participants with
sore knee joints - 20 patients were given Celadrin Joint Care Relief and 20 were assigned a placebo
cream, each applied topically twice daily for 30 days. Participants were assessed on various
orthopedic measures of improvement. At the end of the study, the researchers noted that Celadrin
was an effective treatment for improving knee ROM, ability to ascend/descend stairs, ability to
rise from sitting, walk and sit down, and unilateral balance. No changes were seen in the placebo
group.
Medicinal ingredients: Celadrin® (proprietary blend of esterified oils) (7.5%), menthol (1.25%).
Non-medicinal ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, jojoba oil, squalene,
potassium sorbate, grape seed oil, cellulose, eucalyptus oil, aloe vera gel, peppermint oil, tea tree oil, wintergreen oil, cassia.
Suggested Usage: Adults and children 2 years of age and older. Apply to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times per
day. Children under 2 years of age should consult a physician before use.
