Correction Number 5 Made to the List of Medications An Act respecting prescription drug insurance (R.S.Q., c. A-29.01, s. 60, 7th par., and s. 60.2; 2005, c. 40, s. 23) In accordance with section 60.2 of the Act respecting prescription drug insurance, the Conseil du médicament has notified the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec that the Conseil has been informed of reductions in the prices of medications and of changes in the manufacturer, name and identification number of medications. Consequently, the Régie has made the required corrections to the List of Medications attached to the Regulation respecting the List of medications covered by the basic prescription drug insurance plan, made on 11 September 2008 by Order 2008-011 of the Minister of Health and Social Services and published on 29 September 2008 on the Régie's website. The corrections set out in the Schedule attached hereto take effect on 17 December 2008. Publication of these corrections on the website of the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec imparts authentic value to them, in accordance with the last paragraph of section 60 of the Act respecting prescription drug insurance.
