attach a resume if desired. Any false information given will result in automatic termination of
application. All applications will be reviewed by the Apprenticeship Coordinator. All applicants that
meet minimum entry qualifications, per Apprenticeship and Training Standards of Iron Workers Local 79,
will be contacted by the Coordinator for aptitude testing. Any of the below questions answered “NO”,
with the exception to the first part of #5 and #10, will result in disqualification.
