Elisa Enzyme-Linked-ImmunoSorbent-Assay Enzyme Linked Immuno-Sorbent Assay (ELISA) is a powerful technique for detection and quantitation of biological substances such as proteins, peptides, drug, antibodies and hormones. By combining the specificity of antibodies with the sensitivity of simple enzyme assay, ELISA can provide a quick and useful measurement of the concentration of one of the above molecules in a biological fluid (saliva, serum, plasma, vaginal secretions, urine…). HRP-Linked Antibody HRP Detection Antibody Target Protein Currently, there are three major types of ELISA assays commonly used by researchers : • direct or indirect sandwich • competition • inhibition TMB Substrate Capture Antibody Sandwich Elisa ImmuneHealth can advise on the most appropriate technique to use for a particular application. ELISA based assays can be developed from scratch, transferred from the client or commercial kits used. The soft used for data calculation is SoftMaxPro® which provides a four parameters analysis of the optical densities analyzed by VersaMax reader®. ImmuneHealth recognises the importance of performing studies not only to the highest standards of scientific integrity but also in compliance with regulatory requirements. To achieve this we have a quality system that complies with current good pharmaceutical practices (GCLP) and an independent Quality Assurance department (reporting directly to the CEO) with many years combined experience working in a regulated environment. Research & Services Elisa We can create and implement a complete validation of an ELISA for your company including : • redaction of SOP • redaction of the validation plan • realisation of the validation plan including specificity, accuracy, intermediate precision (R&R), LOD, LOQ, linearity, robustness…. • redaction of the validation report.
