TS. Lê Thanh Sơn Năm bảo vệ: 2011 Abstract: Tổng quan về biodiesel, nguồn nguyên liệu để sản xuất biodiesel, các loại xúc tác và quá trình điều chế biodiesel; sử dụng và đánh giá sản phẩm biodiesel. Quá trình thực nghiêm: quá trình điều chế xúc tác, các phương pháp nghiên cứu đặc trưng của xúc tác. Đưa ra kết quả: kết quả nhiễu xạ tia X, phổ hồng ngoại, phân tích nhiệt TG-DTA, phương pháp hiển vi điện tủ quét (SEM), kết quả xác định bề mặt riêng BET và phân bố lỗ xốp. Keywords: Hóa hữu cơ; Etanol; Dầu thực vật; Hệ xúc tác Content Với tình hình sử dụng năng lượng hiện nay trên thế giới, theo tính toán của các nhà nghiên cứu, các mỏ dầu hóa thạch đang dần cạn kiệt. Các nguồn năng lượng thay thế đã được nghiên cứu và áp dụng từ nhiều năm nay, tuy nhiên các nhà khoa học vẫn tiếp tục tìm kiếm các nguồn nhiên liệu ưu việt hơn và cải tiến công nghệ cho các nguồn năng lượng thay thế. Biodiesel hiện nay là một nguồn nhiên liệu sinh học được nhiều nước trên thế giới quan tâm phát triển bởi những ưu điểm của nó: tính chất tương tự diesel truyền thống, thân thiện với môi trường, phong phú về nguồn nguyên liệu sản xuất… Việc tìm kiếm nguồn nguyên liệu tái sinh và dồi dào cho biodiesel cũng bức thiết như việc tìm kiếm các chất xúc tác và công nghệ mới trong sản xuất biodiesel. “Nghiên cứu điề u chế Biodiesel từ dầ u thực vâ ̣t và etanol trên hê ̣ xúc t ác rắn” đã được tiến hành nhằm mục đích thu được nhiên liệu sinh học thay thế một phần nhiên liệu hóa thạch đang ngày càng cạn kiệt, giảm thiểu ô nhiễm môi trường và tìm ra hệ xúc tác rắn tối ưu cho quá trình tổng hợp biodiesel – một hướng mới đang được phát triển và nghiên cứu trên thế giới. Qua việc nghiên cứu và phân tích hệ xúc tác Zirconi Sunfat hóa, luận văn đã chỉ ra được quy trình tổng hợp xúc tác có lực axit tốt nhất cho phản ứng este hóa điều chế biodiesel. Điều chế thành công nhiên liệu Biodiesel với các đặc tính phù hợp với các tiêu chuẩn hiện hành thông qua phản ứng chuyển este với các nguyên liệu đầu là dầu đậu nành và etanol tuyệt đối, xúc tác là 5% và 10% SO42--ZrO2 với tỉ lệ etanol:dầu là 18:1 (mol) ở nhiệt độ 60 0C. Hoạt tính của SO42--ZrO2 đối với phản ứng chuyển este đã được nghiên cứu. Độ chuyển hóa của phản ứng chưa cao xong sản phẩm có đặc tính phù hợp với yêu cầu của nhiên liệu. Hàm lượng axit tự do có trong dầu thực vật có tác động lớn đến độ chuyển hóa của phản ứng. Để có thể thu được độ chuyển hóa cao cần phải phân tích nguyên liệu đầu vào một cách kĩ lượng, từ đó đưa ra phương pháp tiến hành phản ứng một cách hợp lí. References Tiếng Việt 1.
