OTC DAIHEN has been a leader in developing various new
technologies beginning with the mass production of innovative pole-mounted transformers in 1919. The experience
in electronic technologies from manufacturing transformers
naturally led to high-performance welding machines and various robots to satisfy various automation needs.
In addition, OTC DAIHEN developed devices for semiconductor manufacturing that kept pace with the rapid progress

Founded in 1982 in Mönchengladbach, the OTC DAIHEN
EUROPE GmbH is the continental Centre for service and
sales which covers all needs for robotics, welding
and cutting power, accessories, etc.
On 11th of June 2014, the opening ceremony of DAIHEN
VARSTROJ in Lendava, Slovenia took place. With the opening, the DAIHEN Corporation strengthens its presence in
the important eastern european economic area.
A large part of the staff takes care for sales and services
for a close European trading network.
As a branch of one of the world‘s largest manufacturers of
robots, welding and cutting machinery and components
for the automation of welding and material handling
OTC DAIHEN EUROPE develops turnkey solutions and is
an indispensable link to system houses and distributors.
VARSTROJ is one of the most important welding machine
manufacturers in Slovenia and Middle-East-Europe since
50 years. As a part of the DAIHEN Corporation, DAIHEN
VARSTROJ supports to provide the market with the newest
welding power sources of DAIHEN such as the Welbee-product series. By acting as a production center and a robot
system integrator, DAIHEN VARSTROJ can provide good

The parallel interdisciplinary development of the various
components allows smallest possible interfaces between
the components. Communication lines to the peripherals are
