¹ Low voltage prevents the lock from opening. Poor / damaged connectors may
also prevent operation. Any pinched wire should be replaced, never spliced.

² Insure that your PocketPC and contact card are ok. If you cannot get a program
loaded or events read, reset the handheld and/or try a door that is known as OK.
³ Troubleshooting is easier when you simply connect new parts to the controller
after removing the battery cover but before dismantling the lockset. This way you
can test and verify the bad component before disassembling the lockset.
