State-of-the-art meters (AMR/AMI) Historical database with ESI quality performances data (HPD): Collected and processed data relevant to the performances of power system are stored; Implemented in the RDBMS environment; Enables the simple and standard (SQL) way to add new applications. Conclusions: Existing situation in the electricity sector of Serbia in the field discussed is not at the level of advanced world practices and standards. Establishment of the Agency for Energy (AERS) with its expanding reporting requirements, will further sharpen the discussed situation. Accordingly, the Institute has developed the state-ofthe-art information system (PERFIS) for continuous tracking and monitoring of quality and reliability parameters of energy supplied/received. Start
